Vercella Veronica, a 7-year-old Indonesian girl suffering from Leukaemia, needs our help to raise funds for her SGD$100k treatment.
Veronica’s Family is from Batam, Indonesia. The family depends on Veronica’s father’s sole salary of $150 a month. Veronica was brought to a local hospital where she was diagnosed with leukaemia; and in a critical condition. The local hospital had no expertise in the treatment of leukaemia at this stage and referred her to KK Hospital, Singapore.
Doctors in KK Hospital informed that the chance of Veronica surviving is 70% if she can start her treatments as soon as possible. However, the parents have no means to finance this hefty medical fee. They are now relying on public assistance. Veronica is staying in KK Hospital now Ward 76 Bed 1. There is still a long way to go and as Veronica is not a Singaporean, should payment for the treatment lapse, the hospital might have to send her back to an Indonesian one.
Do lend a helping hand.
