ZESPRI® Junior Chef!

2 min read
ZESPRI® Junior Chef!

Do you consider yourself a whiz in the kitchen? Are you crazy for kiwifruit? Then here is your chance to put your culinary skills to the test and stand a chance to become the 2011 ZESPRI® Junior Chef Champion!

There are three stages to ZESPRI® Junior Chef – a photo contest, a recipe contest and the final cooking challenge.

Registrations are now open for parent-child teams and it’s very simple to enter – simply submit a photo of yourself and your child holding a ZESPRI® Kiwifruit (label facing the camera) and answer a short questionnaire.

The most creative photos and answers will be selected to go through to the second round of the competition where teams will need to submit an original recipe that uses ZESPRI® Kiwifruit, which will be posted online for the rest of theAsianparent community to vote.

The top 5 teams will then go through to the Grand Final Cooking Challenge to be held at The Asian Food Channel cooking studio on Sunday, 4 September 2011 from 11am to 2pm with a leading Singapore chef, where they will have to prepare three dishes – one of which is an original recipe – and stand to win prizes worth a total of $4,000!

The range of fantastic prizes on offer for the Grand Final Cooking Challenge includes:

  • Exclusive private cooking class with celebrity chef Sam Leong
  • ZESPRI® hampers
  • 3M Scotch Brite hampers

Entries close on Monday, 22 August 2011 so don’t delay, click here to enter your team today!
