Young Musicians Raised Over $100,00 In A Single Concert

Youngsters from 16 schools all over Singapore showcased their talents at the Youth Talent Concert 2009 held at Vivo City’s amphitheatre.

This youth talent concert is another example of how the youth can make an impact in our society.

Youngsters from 16 schools all over Singapore showcased their talents at the Youth Talent Concert 2009 held at Vivo City’s amphitheatre. Through this concert, they were able to raise S$ 116,800 for the President’s Challenge fund raising campaign. There were more than a thousand people in attendance during the concert.

It is truly nice to see the youth engaged in worthwhile activities that not only develop their talents and potentials but also make them better persons. I hope that more activities would be organised for the youth so that they do not turn to activities that would be detrimental for them.
