Most of us can’t help but smile when we see a toddler dance along to a song or copy moves from someone dancing. Unfortunately, not all parents agree with letting a little child learn a dance by themselves.

A toddler in China begins exploring her talent for dancing as she imitates her mother, a professional dancer. Many people enjoy and are happy to watch the one-and-a-half little girl. However, not every single person expresses a positive reaction towards it; the video prompts cautious criticism about it.

  • 4 Tips on Helping Kids Develop Their Talents

The process of kids’ development varies; it is different for every child. What experts can certainly assure you is that Kids build skills quickly in the first five years of their lives.

According to studies, the brain of young children grows fast. This fast growth and development commonly happen among babies, toddlers, and preschoolers.

Regarding talent, there could be instances when an individual’s talent shows up only later in older children. However, talent is typically planted early and in the home.

The same happened to a toddler in China. As young as one and a half years old, she is starting to learn and develop her talent in dancing by imitating her mum.

The one-and-a-half-year-old little girl is from Zhejiang province in eastern China. At an early age, she began learning and developing her talent in dancing by imitating complex dance moves from her mum.

According to reports, the mother of the child is a professional dancer who owns a dance studio. She also likes bringing her little one to her workplace. Every time the girl shows up, she gets busy trying to imitate different dance moves from her mum.

The toddler’s mum said, “her flexibility is excellent, and she enjoys moving.”

A video of the cute girl was uploaded online. In it, the toddler attempted to copy the dance moves of her mum at the dance studio. Viewers instantly commented on how the toddler easily displayed her fantastic flexibility.

Additionally, people can see the child sitting with her legs splayed out almost in the splits, stretching her legs and back by grabbing one of her feet. She then places her head under one of her arms and sits peacefully.

There was an instance when the mother came over to help adjust the posture of the girl, with the toddler showing no strain on her flexibility when she moved.

Shortly after, the video caught the child standing on a yoga block. She is seemingly copying an older girl doing the same thing in front of her.

The child’s mum clarified that she knows and understands how to teach dance, even to young children. As mentioned, the mum works as a professional dancer.

This makes her fully capable of teaching her toddler the foundation to help her learn to dance. She also did not forget to constantly remind her child that she could not copy dancers who were not professionals.

The Reaction of the Netizens

The video of the little girl uploaded on social media gained many reactions and interactions over the internet. At present, the video has already attracted more than a hundred thousand views from a lot of people, particularly in China.

Several netizens were amazed and said the little girl was very adorable. However, they said that given her age, it would be better for the mum to closely monitor or pay attention to her child.

There are also several comments saying that the mother was irresponsible or ignored other children in her class for her daughter.

Indeed, the little girl’s video went viral because of her exceptional talent and skills in dancing. Stories of fantastic children like her commonly go viral on social media.

  • Help them absorb expert instruction. It would be helpful when parents take excellent care to prepare and deliver expert teaching to their kids.
  • Make practice a habit. Get involved with your child until he learns to make practice a habit. Teaching them would help them become goal-oriented and go beyond their comfort zones.
