Google Review: We went early in the morning for breakfast. Quite a number of eateries already open. Most of the shops selling bags, shoes, etc open at 10am. Very big shopping mall and there’s seats for you to rest. There’s giant hypermarket there too. Ample parking space.

Google Review: One of the biggest mall in Serangoon. Has plenty of big brands, Sephora, H&M, shaw, cold storage, fairprice, food junction, library. Carpark is not very user friendly as there is no exit on every floor, do remember where you park as the way the building layout is designed, it’s not very user friendly as well. There is a pet lift. Toilets are available at every floor however due to the high volume of people, it’s not as clean as you expect.

They have a semi indoor playground on the rooftop. Like any other malls, they have the major F&B, supermarket, fashion. They also have an arcade on basement 1. They have 2 basement carpark. On Friday, they have local talents performing at the outdoor stage. They also have some local and offshore banks. The local food court can be found on basement one.
