As we all know, fashion is ever changing and not everyone’s taste can be compromised. Furthermore, activities like getting the kids ready for school and rushing to the office soon after can take a toll on our daily choice of attire. So, here are some easy-to-wear outfits every woman should have in their closet!

Midi Bodycon Dresses

Between upscale chic and stripping off the accessories to its bare minimum, Midi Bodycon Dresses are a fundamental part of every woman’s closet. Dresses that seem to hug your body can be intimidating for most of us.

However, contrary to popular belief that a woman should not wear tight-fitting clothes if she is not of the stereotypical body shape, bodycon dresses look flattering on everyone. The midi length helps make this outfit a bit more conservative, thus fairly appropriate for any occasion.

Printed Trousers

Sometimes we take for granted the solid masculine colours of the trousers we wear because it’s easier to match items that way. Spruce up your look by being more adventurous — solid colours on top, printed at the bottom. For example, trousers tailored in towards the ankle or the flared, floral printed kind have been a staple wardrobe must-have since early 2013 up to the present.

Decidedly romantic, floral designs style up the outfit without much effort. Such trousers can be matched with a solid coloured tank top or an oversized tee. The colour of your top should correspond to the details of your print. Prevent the look from being too casual or mediocre by slipping on a pair of open-toe heels with slim ankle straps.

Ankle strap heels

From Jeffrey Campbell to Forever 21, ankle strap heels are definitely in vogue. Though designs may vary from hard metallic gold straps to thinly rimmed black straps, stilettos with ankle straps are effortlessly elegant.

The strap draws attention to your ankle — the thinnest part of your body. In a way, it also elongates the legs. If that is not persuasive enough, heels with ankle straps give the outfit more depth making it an accessory on its own. Fashionable and easy to wear, who wouldn't want that?

Tank Tops

Stretchy cotton tank tops are by far the most common piece of clothing you could find in any woman’s closet. Why? There’s something about its simplicity that draws all of us to it. Besides being reasonably cheap and having a choice range of colours, another reason for its popularity may be its dual purpose — it can be used for either formal or casual occasions.

For instance, a white tank top with skinny stone-washed jeans definitely fits the criteria of a casual outfit. Now throw on a fitted black blazer. Doesn’t that scream sophistication and simplicity all in one?

Also, if you’re going for a daytime to nighttime look, wearing a tank top will allow you to do just so with the right kind of accessories.  No wonder a lot of us women have a handful of tank tops somewhere in our cupboards — it’s definitely a wardrobe must-have!
