Mila Kunis is proud to be a stay-at-home mum

Mila Kunis is proud to be a stay-at-home mum

The actress talks about her life has changed and how being a mum took her to a ‘different level of love’

When actress Mila Kunis welcomed baby girl Wyatt a little over a year ago, a lot has changed. And the new parent is enjoying every second of motherhood.

Mila told Ellen in a previous interview: “I’m in a very specific place in my life where I could take time off, I did,” she said. “And I don’t think that everybody has that privilege. I think that people nowadays have to go back to work right away and I didn’t, so I took advantage of it.”

Most of all, Wyatt showed Mila how parenthood just takes you to a different level of love: “If she murdered somebody in cold blood, I would love her. I would be like, that’s okay,” she joked, describing Ashton as “an amazing dad”.

“I wouldn’t have done this by myself. He is 100 percent present,”she gushed.

Ashton has also been open about his fatherhood journey, citing seeing Mila grow into her own as a mum as the best part about being a dad.

Wyatt weighed 9.5 pounds at birth and brought out the best in her parents from day one. She revealed that Ashton had discovered he had a hidden talent for ‘swaddling’. Wyatt also made the lack of sleep worth it.

The actress and mum was on Reddit recently to answer questions from fans all over the world.

Aside from raising her bilingually since Mila was born in Ukraine (Ashton is taking Russian lessons), they also plan to raise Wyatt sugar free so she will not form a ‘sugar addiction’.

When one user asked how being a mother has changed her, she said: “It is the most life-changing experience you can have, in my opinion. EVERYTHING changed. The amount of love that you have, the type of love that you have, changes, the way you look at the world changes … everything has changed, because of her.

Having a daughter, not only made her a better person, it made her want to build a better world for her child’s future: “I want an eco-friendly car, I want to compost everything, because I want the world to be better for her. And you have the opportunity to make a really great child for the world. Or a really great human being.”
