Mariah Carey revealed at the Film Independent Spirit Awards that she had something special on the way. The actress and her cast mates were celebrating their multiple wins for “Precious” backstage, when an overjoyed Carey told reporters that she had multiple acting projects coming up, including 3 movies, but that that wasn’t all that was coming.
Carey pulled right up to the stage in a BMW limo, and was noticed having problems with her 8-inch spiky heels all evening, having personal security help her stay on her feet. The star’s vague comments about behaviour that evening abetted rumours that she was either pregnant, or planning to adopt a child.
