Seems that the singer had issues with her $10 000 dollar shoes and thus the little mishap whereby gravity got to her.

An assistant then came out while bopping to the beat and removed her footwear as she continued performing to a bare-footed rendition of ‘Dreamlover’.

Now that’s what we call professionalism.

Furthermore , Carey seems to be playing a little teaser game with the media as she playfully dodges the question as to whether she is pregnant or not .

How did the rumor come about ? Well Carey left a little bait for the media to nibble on when she attended her friend’s baby book signing and asked her friend to inscribe the book, “Dear Mariah, Congratulations! I hope this helps you make it through the first three years.”

We’ll just have to wait for another nine months to find out then.
