Terms and conditions
The Asian Mum Insights and the Asian Dad Insights, hereinafter collectively referred to as “Insights Panel“, are managed and maintained by theAsianparent Insights, a company owned by Tickled Media Pte Ltd.
Registration & Eligibility
To join the Insights Panel, you must be at least 18 years of age and currently residing in Singapore. You must first register by completing a short profiling survey in order to confirm your membership.
At any time, you may update your email address and/or other registration information by sending an email to [email protected].
You may not register multiple times to the panel with different profiles – only one profile per member. You may not use a false or misleading name, address or email address to activate or use an account or provide any false or misleading information.
The panel member is the only individual authorized to access theAsianparent Insights resources. Any use by individuals other than the panelist is considered unauthorized use and may be grounds for termination.
theAsianparent Insights reserves the right to suspend or terminate panel membership if a panelist violates these rules or any other rules of panel membership.
Rewards: sweepstakes
theAsianparent Insights will reward panelists for completing surveys in the following way: the reward for completing the surveys will be an entry into a sweepstakes for a chance to win exclusive prizes and giveaways. Each time you complete a survey, you will be entered into the sweepstakes. For incentives please click here.
Termination
You may terminate your participation in the Insights Panel at any time by sending an email with the subject line “remove me” to [email protected].
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to terminate or suspend any panel member’s access to all or part of the panel. Termination could be the result of 6 months of inactivity (that is, you do not respond to any survey invitation for 6 months) or due to breach of the terms listed.
Privacy
Any personal information we collect remains completely confidential and is strictly used for research purposes only. Some of the information we collect allows us to analyze results by subgroups. To ensure your total privacy, your answers are grouped together with other members who completed the same survey and the results are only viewed in aggregate, so we never trace responses back to any single panelist.
Your email address will not be forwarded to third parties unless you give explicit permission, so you will not receive spam as a result of your participation in the Insights Panel.
By joining the Insights Panel, you agree to allow communications to be sent by email that are either invitations to surveys or emails about information which is relevant to the panel that you have joined.

Limits of liability
theAsianparent Insights shall bear no responsibility whatsoever for injuries, losses, or damages of any kind that result from acceptance, possession and/or use of any item redeemed.
General
These terms are subject to change without notice. Your continued use of the Insights Panel after such changes is deemed to be your acceptance of such changes. By reading these conditions and submitting your registration, you agree to accept the terms & conditions laid out.
