Incentives for theAsianparent Insights Panel
The Asian Mum Insights and the Asian Dad Insights (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Insights Panel”) may be subject to receive incentives and take part in exclusive contests, in exchange for membership and participation in the Insights Panel.
Incentives
The number and the nature of prizes to be won every month varies from one survey to another, as well as the number of winners selected. The odds of winning are dependent upon the number of eligible respondents.
Winner selection
Winners will be drawn within 14 days after the end of the survey. Entries will be selected in a random draw from among all eligible entries received. Selected entrants will be notified via email within 48 hours of the relevant draw. Selected entrants will be required to acknowledge by email, receipt of notification of eligibility for a prize. If no response is obtained within 7 days of notification of the relevant draw, the prize(s) will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner(s) in a random draw selected by computer from the remaining eligible entries.
How to enter
Entrants will receive 1 entry into a monthly prize draw for every participating survey completed. Other incentives may also be awarded directly as a result of participating in the survey.

Entrants acknowledge that prizes may be fulfilled by third parties and consent to the disclosure of personal information to such third parties for the limited purpose of fulfilling prizes.
General
theAsianparent Insights is not responsible for any costs associated with claiming any prize. The winner(s) is solely responsible for the reporting and payment of any and all taxes, if any, that may result in claiming a prize in a contest.
Prize(s) must be accepted as awarded with no substitutions. theAsianparent Insights shall bear no responsibility whatsoever for injuries, losses, or damages of any kind that result from acceptance, possession and/or use of any prize.
theAsianparent Insights is not responsible for technical or computer errors, or for late, lost, illegible, damaged, postage due, misdirected, misidentified or incomplete survey. Surveys in any way tampered with, forged, mutilated, incomplete, illegible, photocopied or mechanically reproduced, or submitted by or through fraudulent means, may be disqualified, in the sole discretion of theAsianparent Insights. This includes any survey that does not comply with these incentives in any respect.
In the event any portion of these incentives is compromised by virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes beyond the control of theAsianparent Insights, which in the sole opinion of theAsianparent Insights, corrupts or impairs the administration, security, fairness or proper entry into the contest, theAsianparent Insights reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate the contest incentives and to award prize(s) to individual(s) selected at random from the pool of entrants received up to the point of termination.
Decisions of theAsianparent Insights are final on all matters of fact, interpretation, eligibility, procedure and fulfillment in respect to these incentives. theAsianparent Insights reserves the right at any time to withdraw, modify, amend, or supplement these incentives, in its sole discretion.
By participating in these incentives, the winner(s) consent to the use by theAsianparent Insights, of their name for any lawful purpose, without further permission or compensation, except where prohibited by law. The winner(s) agrees to abide by and be bound by these incentives.
These incentives are subject to all national laws.
