Don't say you love him. Show it!

Don't say you love him. Show it!

Small tips to help you show that you care instead of merely saying it.

How many times have you said "I love you" to your partner and really meant it? Most of the time, these words become a part and parcel of our usual conversation, therefore losing importance.

While it is important to say these words frequently to your partner and also mean it, it is equally important to support these words by actions that show that you really care.

Simple gestures like helping out at home or even allowing your partner an evening out while you look after the children will help in showing that you really care. As massages are something that everybody likes, you can also offer to massage your partner's back and see the difference in your relationship.

Hugging, holding hands, kissing and gentle touching - all help you in showing that you care. It is relevant to note here that touching can be sexual or non-sexual. While sexual touching is something that most couples often indulge in, it is the non-sexual touching that strengthens the relationship as well as builds the good foundation for an excellent sexual relationship.

Lastly, make sure that every moment of your life is filled with romance and love and you will see the difference in your sexual relationship.
