Cauliflower and broccoli with milk
Good source of Vitamin C, K, B5, B6 and manganese
What you need:
1 cup Cauliflower
1 cup broccoli
1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
1½ tbsp flour
½ cup fresh milk
½ tsp red flakes
½ tsp salt
Dash of pepper
What you do:
Wash cauliflower & broccoli, cut into florets.
Put the cauliflower, broccoli & frozen mixed vegetables with a little hot water, cover with microwave wrap, and “steam” in microwave for 4 to 5mins.
Arrange the Vegetables on serving plate
Fry flour with 1½ Tbsp oil in a wok over low heat until slightly brown.
Gradually add in fresh milk and blend well.
Stir in seasoning.
Mix well, and pour over vegetables.
