Bugs and numbers: app crawling with math

We've all seen how amused kids are by bugs, and not so much by math. What if we told you that there's a way to bring the two together? Check out Bugs and Numbers to see what your kids are missing out on!

The learning app, Bugs and Numbers is set out to make your kids a math whiz!

There are so many new learning apps available today that it’s quite easy to lose track of which ones to purchase. As a caring parent, you should take the time out to stay up-to-date with the latest learning apps to ensure that you can provide your child with the best and most innovative ways to master subjects like math. We’ll help you get started in the math department by introducing the Bugs and Numbers app!

Learning numbers with bugs

Bugs and Numbers by LittleBit Studio is a new learning app designed around a bug city, which is dedicated to helping kids practice their math skills. Your child will simply fall in love with this tool. Its cute and colourful illustrations have a magnetic pull that will keep your child enthralled for hours. Not only that, you will also love it since it helps you to sneak in a dose of math in your young one’s playtime! Learning this way is not only fun, but it also encourages kids to appreciate numbers and calculations. Bugs and Numbers helps children to create a solid foundation, so that any future scary math problem that comes their way will seem less daunting.

What’s it look like?

Bugs and Numbers has levels made up of 18 different locations, which form the animated backdrops for this app. It is unlikely that your child will be bored easily since the diverse imagery provides a unique and upbeat environment. The different backgrounds come with their own personalised music themes, which add a foot-tapping element to learning.

Complexity

This app has three stages that helps your child to develop his/her math skills through 18 games ranging anywhere from basic counting to early fractions.  This makes the app very useful, as your child will have ample opportunity to master each level before moving on to the next.

Learning math independently

Trying to teach your child anything that involves the word ‘education’ can be very challenging. This becomes even more taxing when time and patience is running thin. Most parents do not look forward to spending the little time they have getting into arguments about how to solve a math problem. With this learning app, the need to play tutor will no longer be necessary. The game-style app can do the job of teaching math to your kids just as well and maybe even better than you, because of the non-confrontational approach of explaining the subject.
