Disneyland has often been called the happiest place on earth, where the fantasies of every child (and some adults!) come true. Just look at this Disneyland Party held for one-year-old Chantelle (also known as Chant), Aaron Kwok’s daughter.
Aaron Kwok’s Daughter Pampered with Disneyland Party

Held at the Hong Kong Disneyland Hotel on September 2, the words, “Hong Kong Disneyland Wishes Chantelle a Happy 1st Birthday” were plastered on a large pastel blue backdrop.
To top it off, Mickey Mouse was also present for the cake-cutting ceremony. The party looked like something straight out of a fairy tale.
Apparently, the Hong Kong singer-actor forked out a small fortune to specially invite the ever-popular, and famous “guests” like Mickey Mouse and Princess Elsa.
That’s no wonder because it’s extremely difficult to get the official Mickey Mouse mascot to appear at a party, say reports.

Other Distinguished Guests Who Graced the Event

The 52-year-old invited other celebrity guests, and even childhood friends to be part of this joyous occasion. Those who attended included couples like Chingmy Yau and Sham Kar Wai, Julian Cheung and Anita Yuen, as well as Miriam Yeung and Real Ting.

Despite the splendor, there was, however, an 11-year-old boy who was “clearly unimpressed by the decor and party”. Morton Cheung, son of Julian and Anita, took to his Instastory to complain with the words, “I’m so bored,” on it!
Sources state that perhaps, it could be due to the age difference between him and the other guests that he felt otherwise about the party and its hype, especially when it came to playing.
Welcoming the Next Chapter: Baby No. 2
Great news!
Kwok recently confirmed that his 31-year-old wife, Moka Fang, is expecting their second child. According to Sina News, where he could barely contain his excitement, shared that he is going to be a father again.
Our Hearty Congratulations to Aaron Kwok and his family!
Tips to Hold Your Own Disney Party Without Going to Disneyland
As much as a party at Disneyland sounds great, it’s definitely not very wallet-friendly.
But mums and dads, who said that you need Disneyland in order to hold a Disney party? You don’t have to break the bank to give your little one the best!
Below are some tips!
1. Go au-naturel
Have your Disney party somewhere with a lot of green pastures, such as a park. It’ll be something like a garden-party but with the “Disney” magic infused in it. Include loads of sparkles in your decor and even Disney-related props for photo-taking!
Less is more sometimes. It doesn’t have to be overly grand! Also, it’ll give the kids some exposure to nature, which is beneficial for their health.
2. DIY!
There’s so much you can do with various craft materials. The possibilities are endless. Why spend money unnecessarily when you can do it yourself? Plus, you can spend quality time with your kids, whether it’s painting on some masks for the Disney characters or making some small ornaments for decor. How about some flower headbands?
3. Create a narrative/story
Kids love stories! They just adore stories that are weaved into the adventure, and the various happenings at the party. There’s a beginning, middle, and end. Perhaps there’s a particular segment in your child’s favourite Disney movie. Take advantage of that. Perhaps have them act out that part and perform on the actual day in their lovely Disney DIY costumes!
Ultimately, you want to create an all-inclusive experience for them. What can your kids and guests take away from this party?
4. Dress up!
Gather your little one’s best pals and get them to dress up to Disney characters! If you’d like to DIY, there are many websites that teach you how to make those dazzling Disney costumes, like right here.
5. Music
Music definitely sets the mood. How can we not listen to our favourite Disney soundtracks during a Disney party? Cue Frozen’s Let It Go, “let it go… let it go…”
6. Treats
You can surely play around with these! Disney themed lollies, sweets, cake and more. The possibilities are endless!
Follow these tips are you’re on your way to a whopping success on your kid’s Disney party!
