Space out your activities for the day. Do NOT go to the gym. Or run a marathon. You need to save all that energy for sexy time. You made the commitment, now stick to it.
Remember, this is for you just as much as it is for your partner. It's a rare opportunity to have time to get laid 15 years into your marriage. Get nasty, even if it’s a quiet, sleepy kind of nasty. If you do everything right, you might even enjoy it!
