5 Kid-Friendly Restaurants With Playgrounds In Singapore

Did you know there are several restaurants with playgrounds in Singapore? Here are five friendliest places that kids will enjoy the next time they dine.

Dining with family can be a chaotic experience. All you want to do is grab a bite, share some laughs, and relax with some good food spread across the table with your family around.

What you end up doing is running after your child who gets easily bored, trying to pacify them. As a result, it’s all chaotic and there’s barely time to relish the food that you’ve paid a lot for.

But to be fair, it’s not the child’s fault either. They feel out of place at most “adult” restaurants as there’s little to no activity to keep them engaged. And no, the resident aquarium in the corner of the room does not count as an engaging activity.

So the next time you want to dine with your family, especially with kids in tow, how about trying places that have been designed for kids.

There are several kid-friendly cafés and restaurants in Singapore where the little runts can go loose and have fun. These are restaurants with playgrounds, sand, bouncy castles and more.

And to make picking places easy for you, we’ve listed five restaurants with playgrounds in Singapore that are perfect for dining with kids.

1. The Pantry

Part of the Kids21 club, The Pantry is one of the newer establishments that offer plenty of exciting activities for kids. While the place does not have its own playground, the one next to the diner is now accessible to the guests.

The playground has a treehouse and some equipment close to the dining area, which is great for parents to keep an eye on the toddlers.

From wood-fired pizzas to grills, and lots of dessert options, the menu is widespread with plenty to choose from.

The Pantry also organises different kids’ camps there from time to time, so do check out the social media handles for future events.

Location: The Pantry, Block 16A Dempsey Road, Singapore – 249677

5. Seared

Want to try some grille, Seared is quite popular for them and offers an outdoor seating area that works great with kids. And why not, it offers a bouncy castle, giant trampoline, spinning buckets and more.

So you can be certain that the kids have some activity to stay engaged in.

Do try out their tomahawk and fries. The place also has a special five-course meal starting from $88 for Halloween between October 29-31, 2021.

That being said, do make sure they play first and then eat unless you want projectile vomit flying across the playground.
