Making a debut this season is the Da Li Rose and Strawberry Chocolate Snow-Skin Mooncake 大理玫瑰 草莓冰皮月饼 taking inspiration from our Chinese restaurant, 藝 yì by Jereme Leung’s signature Da Li Rose Petal Ice Cream.
Well-known for its sweet flavour and aromatic fragrance, the Da Li Rose is interlaced with the fruity notes of Strawberry Chocolate, making this a refreshingly balanced sweet treat.
