Video games for the needy

Are you fed up with your kids because all they do is sit in front of the computer playing online games? Well, here’s good news for you. ClicktoAid, an online charity platform, combines fun and education with social responsibility.

ClicktoAid is an initiative of Southwest CDC and POSB. It aims to engage the community through the online fun and learning. Members of the public can go to ClicktoAid.sg and play a wide variety of games such as quizzes, picture matching and spot the difference. As players add on to their knowledge, they also help the needy.

How does this happen? The points that players accumulate while playing the games will be translated to cash. One point is equivalent to one cent. The funds grow bigger as more people play the games.

So if your kids are spending all their time just playing online games, tell them about ClicktoAid. This way, they can contribute to the community while doing something that they really love – playing.
