First Mums' and Dads' Congress 2016

First experiences tend to be nerve-wrecking. Having your first child can be the most exciting time of your life, but it is also a journey filled with numerous unknowns. How does one change a diaper? Which type of food is proper for your child?

There are countless avenues to seek advice and help from. You need not go through this alone. Even though it may be your first time, others have been through the journey and they will be able to assuage your fears.

Not only that, there are events around town that will have information available for you!

Abbott Family will be organising The First Mums’ & Dads’ Congress 2016, for all new parents-to-be. This parenting conference will provide all mums and dads-to-be with the knowledge and confidence you need to embark on your journey to parenthood.

This event features a panel of experts that will impart invaluable advice.

You will learn all about:

Breastfeeding
Child development
Confinement practices
Delivery
Diet and nutrition

Giveaways and other activities will also be conducted.

This event will be held at the Raffles City Convention Centre, Fairmont Ballroom Level 4 on 31 January 2016, from 12pm to 5pm.

You are required to pay a minimal entry fee of $10 for members of Abbott Family and Thomson Medical Centre, or $20 for non-members.

Note that:

It is limited to 1 goodie bag per participant
There is strictly no admission to children 12 years and below
You must print out your Event Registration Confirmation Receipt from Abbott and bring it along with you on the event day for entry verification purposes
There will be no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations offered if you do not turn up for the event
