When buying a condo, which is better – facing north or south?

This is likely to be an individual preference. In fact both facing are equally good. The North / South facing is a good selling point for most developers’ project because the direction offers good wind condition during different times of the year, like North-East wind during year end / year beginning period and South-West wing during middle of the year.
