Many parents would like to have smart kids, but not many would expect him or her to beat Einstein’s IQ score like Cerys.
Geniuses such as scientist Albert Einstein and theoretical physicist, Professor Stephen Hawking have always fascinated people. We often wonder about how they go about their daily lives and how they use their talented brains to solve extra complicated problems. For parents, these geniuses serve as an inspiration in teaching their own children. I mean, who doesn’t want a child genius in the family?
While most parents continue to dream of raising a child genius, a family from Northampton, UK already got their wish. Mr. and Mrs. Cooksammy-Parnell are proud to reveal that their 11-year old daughter is a genius!

Who is Cerys Cooksammy-Parnell?
At first glance, Cerys looks just like any other average 11-year old girl. She can be described as a young girl who likes to play tennis, watch television, sing along to pop music, text and gossip with friends.
Cerys Cooksammy-Parnell is the youngest to take the Mensa test and achieve the highest score of 162.
However, don’t be fooled by Cerys’ ordinary appearance as she is not just a regular kid. She is actually a child genius who is a Mensa test topnotcher and one of the youngest to take the exam.
Cerys Cooksammy-Parnell achieved an IQ score of 162 in the Cattell III B scale which is the maximum score in a Mensa test. She is among the top 0.004% of individuals who scored higher than Albert Einstein and Stephen Hawking.
Cerys Cooksammy-Parnell only took the Mensa exam to check if she can beat her lawyer dad’s IQ score of 142. While she was confident that she would pass the exam, she was actually surprised to actually surpass her dad and Einstein’s IQ scores.
Although flattered and happy with her IQ score, this genius child refuses to be linked to other geniuses. She says that she is much too young and inexperienced to be compared to Albert Einstein as she hasn’t achieved anything remarkable yet. As of now, Cerys just wants to enjoy school by having fun with friends, engaging in fashion and, of course, getting good grades. The Mensa Society has already invited Cerys to be a part of their program after her phenomenal IQ score.
The earliest age one can take the Mensa in Britain is 10.5yrs old.
