Abalone Soup with Cordyceps
What’s cookin’?
This soup is high in protein and low in fats. It benefits the lungs, kidneys and helps with conception.
What you need:
10 grams cordyceps
100 grams button mushroom
100 grams carrot
100 grams abalone
10 grams ham
5 grams rice wine
500 ml chicken stock water
Salt to taste
What you do
1) Soak cordyceps in rice wine for two hours. Rinse.
2) Slice mushrooms, carrot and ham.
3) Boil chicken stock, add cordyceps, mushrooms, carrot, abalone and ham. Boil for 30 minutes. Season with salt.
4) Serve.
