Stop the guilt of caving into your cravings and try these alternative snacks that are so much yummier than diet food! Here are 5 great healthy snacks when you're feeling hungry in between meals.

1) Yogurt & Strawberries

Natural sugar from strawberries and protein from yoghurt makes your body feel full longer. Substituting strawberries with blueberries or raspberries are great too. Indulge in this yummy snack that tastes like ice cream, but take heart that it also treats your figure more kindly.
