Salad
– 2 ZESPRI kiwifruits, pared and sliced
– 1 banana, peeled and sliced diagonally
– 1 papaya, pared, seeded and sliced
Honey Lime Dressing (For 1/4 cup)
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 1 tablespoon honey
– 1 tablespoon lime juice
– 1/8 teaspoon lime peel
Combine kiwifruit, banana and papaya; toss gently with Honey Lime Dressing. Makes 4 servings.
