ZESPRI Recipe! - Grilled Chicken ZESPRI Kiwi Salsa Sauce

To add some flavor and a new twist to your home-made grilled chicken, try this innovative, zesty sauce to top off your dish! Thank you Lourdia for this wonderful recipe.



- Chicken Breast: 4 nos

- ZESPRI kiwi Gold cube: 1 nos

- ZESPRI KIWI green cube: 1 nos

- Bell Pepper small Diced: 1 /4  nos

- Tomato small diced: 1 nos

- Onion Brown finely chopped: ½ nos

- Schallot finely chopped: 1 nos

- Red Chili big: 1 nos

- Orange juice: 1 tablespoon.

- Salt: + / - to be tasted

- Ground bell pepper: + / - to be tasted-

- Thyme: 1 nos.


  • Seasoning Chicken Breast With salt , Pepper and thyme for 1 Hour.
  • Peeled ZESPRI KIWI and Cut Small Diced each colour. Chopped onion brown,schallot, red chilli and tomato. And mix well. Seasoning with a bit salt, pepper,orange juice and olive oil.
  • Preheat the grill. Place on the rack and grill, turning once, grilled until the chicken cook, around  10 to 12 minutes.
  • Place the grilled chicken to the plate
  • Put some mixed vegetable salad at the side and Topping with our special ZESPRI KIWI SALSA.
  • Garnish with thyme.
  • Grilled Chicken with Special ZESPRI KIWI SALSA is ready to savour.
