Multi-award winning show, ‘Walking with Dinosaurs – The Arena Spectacular’ is here in Singapore for a 10 day run from December 1 to 12! Based on the BBC TV series ‘Walking with Dinosaurs’, this show takes you through a remarkable journey millions of years ago when dinosaurs used to roam the Earth. Be prepared to witness 10 varied species of dinosaurs from the 3 different periods – Triassic Period (245 to 208 million years ago), Jurassic Period (208 to148 years ago) and Cretaceous Period (144 to 65 years ago).
‘Walking with Dinosaurs’ producer, Carmen Pavlovic, says “It is the closest you’ll ever get to experiencing what it was like when they walked and ruled the earth.” Featured dinosaurs include everyone’s hot favourite, Tyrannosaurus Rex, and the whopping 11 metre tall Brachiosaurus!
The show will not only educate you and your kids on how dinosaurs evolved over time, it will also show you how they eventually became extinct (hint: watch a massive comet hit the Earth right before your eyes)!
If you’re wondering if the show is age appropriate for your kids, worry not. It is recommended for everyone who is 3 years old and above. There is no violence and is suitable for a nice day out for the entire family.
