It’s the most wonderful time of the year once again and everyone is probably starting to plan their year-end family activities. But if you still haven’t figured out what to do for the Christmas holidays, we’ve got you covered!

There are plenty of activities being organised all over Singapore. So your family is sure to have a jolly ‘ol time.  

To keep you in the loop on activities you can try during the Christmas holidays, here’s a guide to the best events and festivities.

What To Do For This Year’s Christmas School Holidays

Celebrate this year’s sweet Christmas at Candyland at Singapore Flyer! You’re sure to have fun family bonding time with activities for all age groups, from magical flights to festive shopping. Immerse yourself in the joyful Christmas spirit as 2021 draws to an end. ‘Tis the season to relax, have fun and connect with your family and friends!

Take off to the magical world of Candyland in a Christmas-themed capsule. Each 30-minute flight with priority boarding will have you awestruck by the high and mighty view of Singapore’s magnificent skyline. Get your cameras ready to capture these festive-filled moments. In addition, each guest receives a candy-filled stocking and a complimentary admission to the Time Capsule.  

Hurry as this exclusive trip to Candyland is only open with 30 slots per day.

Time Slots: 3:30pm, 4:30pm and 5:30pm

Prices: $45 for adult, $25 for child aged 3 to 12 and senior citizens aged 60 and above

 

Year-end Festive Sky Dining

Feast your eyes and bellies with the spectacular night view and a full four-course dinner. High above the iconic Marina Bay at 165 meters off the ground, raise a toast to end an eventful 2021 and usher in 2022. Savour the time with your loved ones in a private fine dining set-up with dishes exclusively curated for the season.  

Group dining is available too. You can choose from Western, Oriental or Vegetarian options to suit your taste preference.  

The world’s first full-service sky dining experience is further elevated with an additional rotation (making it a 90-minute dinner) and a flute of champagne on four special occasions: Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day. So book your tickets now to avoid missing out!

Christmas is not complete without Christmas shopping! A variety of Christmas goodies are waiting for you at the X’mas pop-up edition of Makers’ Market, from holiday candies to crafts and design goodies for you to spice up your holiday decorations. 

On selected weekends, come down to Candylicious Makers’ Market and join in on the holiday spirit!

Location: Level 1 of Singapore Flyer, beside Time Capsule (opposite Gelatissimo)

Dates: 11, 12, 18 and 19 December (Saturday and Sunday); 24, 25 and 26 December (Christmas Weekend)

Santa Meet & Greet

Your favourite white-bearded holiday figure is back in town. Dressed in all red, he spreads festive cheer to everyone all season long. Tell him your Christmas wish and he will make it come true!

Keep a lookout for Santa on these dates.

Those still thinking of what to do for Christmas, there are three new attractions being added at Downtown East.

The new installations include the Candy Pops gumball art installation, Adventure Park Interactive indoor playground, and Xcape Park outdoor playground.
