Actors Jesseca Liu and Jeremy Chan had a dreamy, beach side wedding at Langkawi, in July this year. For her tea ceremony, Jesseca wore a pink satin silk cheongsam while Jeremy opted for a navy blue changshan.
Needless to say, both looked stunning.
Cheryl Wee and Roy Fong

Actor and singer Cheryl Wee got hitched to her longtime boyfriend Roy Fong, in June this year. For her Chinese betrothal ceremony, Cheryl wore a silver and gold kua with ornate headpieces, while Roy rocked a vintage changshan.
Nadiah M Din and Bilal Jeanpierre

Singapore actress and TV host, Nadiah M. Din got married to Bilal Jeanpierre last year, and for her solemnisation ceremony she chose a blush, pink, long gown with beads and lace on the sleeves and neckline, coupled with a lace tulle veil.
The groom on the other hand wore a cream-coloured sherwani, embellished with a crystal brooch at the collar, and gold outer silk fabric fastened at the waist.

Homegrown singers Tay Kewei and Alfred Sim tied the knot in 2015, and here she is in her traditional wedding look. Tay Kewei chose a white cheongsam with contemporary red lines that outlined the dress, with a curved front hem and beautiful appliqué red lace.
Taufik Batisah and Nursheehana Akbal

When Malay pop superstar Taufik Batisah got married to his sweetheart Sheena Akbal, they chose traditional all-white Malay, and Indian ensembles.
The bride’s solemnisation outfit was a mermaid gown, with an embellished round-neck collar and full sleeves. The second “Indian” outfit, was made of “songket” (a type of brocade) and lace, embellished with rhinestones.

The couple pulled off a big surprise when they walked hand in hand for their wedding dinner, looking like Bollywood royalty! Fann wore a Bollywood-inspired bejewelled gown, while Chris looked dapper in a smart long ivory coat.
