Treasure Hunt for the whole family
If you’re going to be home, why not have some family fun time by organising a treasure hunt at home? But first, get your kids to watch ‘Blue’s Clues & You!’ and buy yourself some time to wash the breakfast dishes, plan out your day and even prepare your very own treasure hunt at home.
In this exciting television programme, your kids can put on their thinking caps, get their handy dandy notebooks ready and start solving the puzzle to help Josh figure out what Blue wants to do. Extend this activity into some afternoon fun by scattering clues all around the house and get your kids to go on a treasure hunt. You can even take this to another level by drawing a map of the house with them. The possibilities are endless!
The best part is that you will have your kids meaningfully engaged for a good amount of time. It also gives them an opportunity to apply some of the hard skills such as deduction and clue-solving that they learnt from watching the show. Beats staring at the screen all day!
Catch Blue’s Clues & You! daily at 10:45am on Nick Jr. Ch 304

Home Talent Shows on Nickelodeon? Why Not?
The Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards 2021 will be broadcasted on Wednesday, 17 March at 5 p.m. It’s the hottest family event of the year as it brings together celebrities, the hippest music acts and gallons of gooey slime for a show that your kids are sure to remember. Ps…we hear that Justin Bieber is headlining the show this year!
Here’s how you can make your family fun time all the more exciting. Let your kids draw inspiration from this show and organise your very own talent show at home and award your kids for their efforts! While they may be shy or apprehensive to showcase their talent in school, home is a safe place for them to strut their stuff.
If you have more than one child, make it into a mini-competition amongst the siblings. If you just have one child then mum and dad can hop on board. Sing your hearts out, move and groove, play an instrument, impersonate your favourite celebrity or just be yourselves as a family.
What better way to have great family time than to let your hair down and be silly together? Who knows, you might just discover some hidden talent that your child has!
Catch the Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards 2021 on Wed, 17 Mar at 5pm on Nickelodeon Ch 314.
These are just a few of the many interesting programmes that Nickelodeon has in store for your kids. Other favourites include It’s Pony, a story about how an ordinary girls’ life is made extraordinary by her best friend, a talking Pony! In spite of his unpredictable and outrageous personality, he makes her life better just by being in it. This gives you a chance to teach your kids important lessons on friendship and acceptance or even to have some fun getting them to create an imaginary or fantastical friend.
