togoparts.com, one of Singapore’s largest virtual sports platform has announced that it will continue its yearly tradition of National Day Celebrations in a safe yet meaningful way despite the Covid challenges.
Supported by the National Cycling Federation, #TOGOSG56 Virtual National Day Challenge 2021 strives to achieve 560,000 kilometers before 21st August to celebrate together with the nation’s 56th birthday in which you can do your part and contribute your distance of 56 kilometers by cycling or running or a combination of both.
Everyone can be part of the celebration wherever you are, in every corner of the world; the registration is opened for all from now till 17th August 2021 (23:59). The #TOGOSG56 challenge will start from 23rd July (00:00) to 22nd August (23:59).

To enter the virtual challenge, participants will have to create or sign into their TOGOPARTS account if they already have one. Registration is free for all. You can choose to either participate in Singapore’s inter-district outdoor cycling leaderboard, or team up with friends, by either joining an existing team or creating your own.
This is a new highlight feature of the Challenge where one can register under their district and clocked in their distance to see LIVE results on the inter-district leadership board. Lastly, participants will have to download and connect their TOGOPARTS account to the Strava app, to officially record their rides or runs.

The Challenge is set to start on 23 July where participants can start to clock in their kilometers via the Strava app to track their personal progress and see their current rank in the leadership board. Real time cheerleading messages and notifications will pop-up when unlocking new medals or rewards.
Something to Look Forward To: Achievements & Rewards
This year, togoparts.com has created a series of 20 different achievements ranging from Easy, Intermediate and Difficult to Insane! Designed with the National Day Celebrations in mind, each of the achievement’s badges unlocked will appear on the participants’ profile along-side their name in the Leaderboard. Exclusive event jerseys, tees, finisher pins and medals are available to purchase upon completing the achievements.

Inspired by the Singapore Merlion, #SG56 Finisher rewards feature the beautiful scales of the Merlion on national colours. Specially crafted by the TOGOPARTS Design team, both the Finisher Jersey and Singlet will be only be available to purchase for event participants who completed a minimum of 56km on a bike or on foot or a combination of both.
