4 Tiny Habits That Could Be Life Changing For Your Kids

It is believed that what you learn in early childhood, stays with you for life. A small habit that you inculcate in your kids at early age could help them develop life skills, which could make a big difference to their personality. Here are few habits that you must inculcate in your kid

Make your kid write at least 50 words daily either on paper, a board or a slate. This will not only improve their vocabulary skills but will also boost their self-confidence. Writing helps kids use their imagination power and provides them with an emotional outlet. If your kid is below 5 then simply let him scribble on paper using colourful crayons. This will help them develop creative thinking.

#2 Drink a cup of water before going to sleep and right after waking up

Kids play, run throughout the day and thus their body loses fluids as the day comes to an end. Drinking water before bed helps replenish the lost fluids, keeps them hydrated and also balances the vitamins and minerals in their body. Drinking a glass of water before going to bed can help your child to get a night of sound sleep because it helps to prevent nighttime leg cramps and get rid of toxins.

Drinking water right after waking up helps activate all the internal organs in the body. Also, it makes them flush all the toxins and make them feel rejuvenated in the morning.
