Spanning over 22,000 square feet, Timezone Orchard Xchange is the largest arcade in Singapore. The entertainment centre boasts 160 activities, including the ever-popular bumper cars and two four-lane bowling alleys. But what really sets this arcade apart is its dedication to virtual reality (VR) gaming.
VR Gaming: A Whole New World
The new centre is the only one of 16 Timezone outlets to offer VR games after such consoles were shifted out of its Jurong Point branch. The dedicated VR corner features six VR booths with games from popular franchises like King Kong of Skull Island and Rayman spin-off Virtual Rabbids. Players can don VR headsets and prop weapons to tackle hoards of robots in sci-fi shooter Attek, or race their friends in the hoverboard simulator WingRun.
Bumper Cars for the Whole Family
If you’re looking for a more physical experience, check out the bumper car arena. This attraction accommodates up to six players, making it perfect for families. Get ready to spin, bump, and laugh as you race around the arena.
Parties and Events at Timezone Orchard Xchange
Timezone Orchard Xchange is not only perfect for family fun, but it’s also a great venue for parties and group events. The centre offers function rooms overlooking Orchard MRT station that can be booked for any occasion. With a variety of activities available, everyone is sure to have a great time.
Revitalizing Orchard Road
In short, Timezone Orchard Xchange is part of an effort to rejuvenate the Orchard Road shopping district, aiming to attract families and Gen Z shoppers. Other tech-infused activities include VR snowboarding and skiing at a sports complex in Somerset opening in 2023, and Trifecta by The Ride Side, which includes an indoor surfing simulator and skatepark.

Basically, groups of players can team up to play one of six games in a dedicated VR corner, where they can don VR headsets and prop weapons to tackle hoards of robots in sci-fi shooter Attek or race their friends in hoverboard simulator WingRun.
The centre also features a bumper car arena for up to six players. Also, there are two four-lane bowling alleys for up to five players each.
