A rather bizarre incident has come to light. A Singapore maid was seen throwing things from window of an HDB flat.

She has been arrested.

Maid seen throwing things from window

According to The Straits Times, the incident occurred on Jan 19 at Block 623, Ang Mo Kio Avenue 9. Police were alerted to it at around 2:30 pm.

Around 20 people had assembled below the block that day to play a battle in the "Pokemon Go" game. They were alerted to the noise of falling items and realised that the maid was throwing things one by one, out of the second floor window!

Items included a rice cooker, utensils and appliances, clothes, bamboo pole and even a wheelchair!

Here is the video of the incident. A man is heard making a call for help:

Thankfully, nobody was hurt.

The Indonesian maid has been arrested by police for her rash and negligent act. Her employer, Madam Lin, has revealed that she was newly hired and had been with the family for only a month.

Investigations are going on.

Most netizens seem to be of the opinion that either the maid was mentally ill or too stressed. Or perhaps she was seeking attention for a reason?

What do you feel about this incident, mums and dads?
