In a heartwarming show of community spirit, several households in Block 895 at Tampines Street 81 have put up eye-catching Hari Raya decorations on their windows.

One unit features an inflatable crescent moon surrounded by strings of colourful lights, while another boasts adorable inflatable dolls in traditional Malay attire holding a “Ramadan Mubarak” sign.

Hari Raya Decorations Evoke Nostalgic Memories

Hartini Hariz, the TikTok user who posted the video, shared that she used to see many houses put up similar lights and decorations during her younger days, especially in the Geylang Serai area.
