The meal begins with an assortment of starters such as Burrata paired with refreshing kumquats and savoury prosciutto crisps and rich Foie Gras crusted with housemade ginger-infused bread crumbs, served with baked apples.
Mains include items such as a mouthwatering whole Roasted Flat Chicken BBQ, spatchcocked, flattened and marinated for one full day in rosemary, thyme, wholegrain mustard, then grilled inn the charcoal-fired Josper oven; and a slow-roasted Pork Belly Roulade accompanied with caramelised yams.
End the meal on a sweet note with an assortment of chef-selected housemade sweets and artisanal panettone.
Festive A-La-Carte Specials (from $68nett)
If you’re heading over to mum’s for a potluck or want to present a food gift, there’ll be plenty to choose from Tablescape’s festive a-la-carte specials.

Those looking for an English-style roast will enjoy the clove-scented whole Gammon Ham ($168nett), painstakingly made in-house from raw gammon or the hind leg of a pork – cleaned, boiled and baked with juniper berries, raw cloves and other aromatics, then glazed with sweet Canadian maple syrup for the perfect balance between savoury and sweet.

The roll is then sous-vide for 12 hours before being baked; this creates a deep rich flavour and a texture that is yieldingly tender.

The Raspberry Chocolate Log Cake ($68nett) features the same tender dacquoise sponge but offers a luscious dark chocolate mousse balanced with a sweet praline cremeux – all of which is enfolded in a elegant pink-red raspberry mirror glaze.
