Dine-in From 12 January to 3 March 2026, get ready to showcase those chopstick skills by tossing Swensen’s Prosperity Yusheng platters as high as you can–to signify increasing good fortuneand other auspicious opportunities for the year ahead.
These are available for both dine-in and takeawayat both Swensen’s and Earle Swensen’s restaurants island wide. Opt to top these multi-coloured yusheng platters with abalone or salmon, to accommodate any group size: from tight-knit families of 3 or large gatherings of 12.
These are priced from $29.80for a Prosperity Yusheng (Regular) that’s perfect for 3 to 5 pax; or luxe it up with 6pcs Abalone at $38.80. For a table of 6 to 10 pax, the Large size is priced at $44.80, and with 10 pcs Abalone at $58.80.
Salmon lovers cantop-up Salmon for $8.80 per 50g serving. From 15 January to 31 March 2026, indulge in the familiar favourite of Fried Masak Merah Chicken transformed as a finger food. Unlike the classic, the poultry is coated in an auspicious red rempah dry rub with accents of tomatoes and chillies, then battered and fried–a juicy and crisp creation that’s rich, spicy, and slightly sweet. Another highlight is Homemade Achar, a pickled vegetable side that’s excellent with this full-flavoured main.
Fish is also a must during Chinese New Year, and Swensen’s prepares aWhole Deep Fried Sea bass to usher in an abundance of luck for you and your loved ones. Not forgetting other sides of crispy Emping Belinjo crackers, glorious pyramids of Garlic Rice and even a house-made Sambal Merah Mayo.

These feature in the Gong Xi Raya Sharing Platter ($28.90, sharing for 3 to 4 pax), which comprises Fish Fillets (4pcs), Potato Shrimps (4pcs), Fried Masak Merah Chicken, Onion Rings (4pcs), Fries, Homemade Achar, Sambal Merah Mayo, and Tartar Sauce. This extended period is perfect, as it extends beyond the holy month of Ramadan and Eid. Menu highlights available for both dine-in and takeaway include Charcoal Grilled Whole Seabasswith Rice($31), the pristine and meaty fish both sweet and smoky with that addictive char.
This is paired with a variety of sauces that include Sambal Merah Mayo, Sambal Belacan, and accompaniments of Japanese Garlic Butter Rice, fresh Mesclun Salad, and the zing of Lime.
Also from the grill–a standout showpiece at Earle Swensen’s–is Chargrilled Ayam Masak Merah Burger ($16). This burger beauty features Chargrilled Chicken Leg Merah bathed in that delicious red sauce, fluffy Brioche Bun, Red Onion for that kick, Butter Lettuce, and Fries.
