The piping hot goodness of dimsum is epitomised in the small but heavenly Xiao Long Bao. Not to be underestimated because of its bite-sized petiteness, the Xiao Long Bao is a hot favourite for dimsum lovers as its savoury meat filling comforts the taste buds after the thin and light dumpling skin is bitten into.

The trademark of a Xiao Long Bao, the flavourful soup that oozes out of the dumpling, is also a measure of the dimsum chef’s finesse. The only thing better than enjoying a Xiao Long Bao, therefore, is enjoying an unlimited amount of it in a buffet specially dedicated to this goodie.
