Warm milk and chamomile aren't the only drinks that can help you get a good night's sleep. There are a lot of other delicious options out there.

Try these beverages before bedtime for a restful and relaxing sleep.

Almond Milk

According to studies, not getting enough magnesium in your diet can lead to insomnia. That's why drinking a glass of this magnesium-rich drink is a great idea if you're having trouble falling asleep.

If you don't like drinking it plain, spice it up with some cherry juice and a teaspoon of honey.
