The platter comes with four crispy goodies that will be packed in a convenient box as well as four drinks. The savoury snacks will make a great accompaniment for your gatherings with your loved ones or friends.

The Merry CRISPmas Platter will be available from 1 December 2021 to 2 January 2022. No preorder is needed, but the platter is available in limited quantities daily.
The platter comes with the following items:
- XXL Crispy Chicken: A perennial favourite! The large, tender and succulent piece of boneless chicken breast is marinated with a secret blend, then coated with flour and fried to a golden crisp. A mix of oriental spices is sprinkled on top of the crust, imbuing it with a flavourful kick. Then, it is cut into bite-size pieces for easy consumption. Enjoy it while it is hot!
- Crispy Oyi-shi Mushroom: A portmanteau of “oyster” and “shiitake” mushrooms, Crispy Oyi-shi Mushroom features two types of premium mushrooms in one hearty golden crunch! The snack is dusted with a generous dose of Shihlin’s inhouse blend of fragrant powder and fiery chilli powder, which complements the earthy flavours of both mushrooms. Making a comeback due to popular demand, this item will only be available as part of the festive platter.
- Sweet Plum Potato Fries (L): This popular crispy creation uses only specially selected sweet potatoes that are washed and air dried. They are then coated with batter and lightly fried to a delicate crisp. Relish the irresistible fragrance and mild sweetness of the potatoes! Golden and crunchy, they are finished with a dash of Shihlih’s specially blended plum powder.
- Seafood Tempura: Handmade and infused with secret ingredients, the seafood paste is painstakingly kneaded and tossed until the right consistency is achieved. It is then flattened into small pieces and blanched with hot oil before being cut into strips and deep fried. A sprinkle of the specially blended spice powder completes this delicious and crispy Taiwanese delight!
- 4 Drinks: Choose between Winter Melon Tea, Honey Lemon Cooler or Longan Red Date Tea. Winter melon is a great source of vitamins B1, B3 and C, which help prevent flu and cold while maintaining one’s energy levels and promoting good digestive health. Honey lemon is rich in vitamin C, which boasts antibacterial and collagen-boosting properties. Collagen, as we know it, is vital for healthy glowing skin. Vitamin C is a natural remedy for sore throat. Longan Red Date Tea is well-known for its multiple nutritious benefits and the ability to nourish the body and improve overall wellness. For AMK Hub/ NEX outlets, Elysian Ionized Water will be a part of the platter instead.
