PARKROYAL on Pickering's signature restaurant, LIME, will be hosting a "Mom-strous" lunch buffet on Mother's day that consists of a 4-hour gourmet adventure from 12:30pm onwards!

Be prepared for world class cuisine such as Hamachi, Salmon or Yellow Fin Tuna served with Avocado Salsa and Salmon Roe. There is also a Grand Carvery station featuring Roasted Wagyu Topside, Leg of Lamb and traditional German Schnitzel.

At the Foie Gras station, executive Chef Deepak will prepare fiery dishes such as flambéed Foie Gras with Rhubarb relish and Foie Gras Torchon with a Sweet Sour Berry Compote.
