  • 4 scoops of Frisomum Gold
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 200ml cold water
  • 1 cup of ice cubes

Serves 1-1 people

Method:

  1. Mix 4 scoops of Frisomum in cold water
  2. Add Frisomum milk, banana and ice cubes in the blender
  3. Blend the mixture into a smooth consistency
  4. Pour the smoothie in a tall glass and enjoy
