Last, but definitely not least, their impeccable hospitality and customer service are worth 5 stars.
This isn’t at all surprising as the management team loves giving a warm welcome to each and every one of their guests. Their genuine concern for the well-being of guests (and staff) is truly inspiring and never fails to brighten one’s day.
As most of the Ocean Wing suites are located atop a hill and separated from the rest of the main compound, club cars (golf carts/buggies) are imperative in transporting guests to and from the lobby and restaurants – and those buggy boys are definitely the experts when it comes to quick transportation.
Most guests appeared to be truly amazed at how quick and efficient the buggy system runs. Everyone got their buggies in a jiffy each time they needed transportation.
