The school holidays are over, but the fun never ends at the Esplanade – Theatres on the Bay with this exciting interactive theatre series that brings local children’s books to life onstage.
Expose your little ones to live theatre performances especially designed for young kids which are filled with song, dance, and other visual delights!
Sensory-friendly performances with a more relaxed environment are also available for children on the autism spectrum or those with sensory sensitivities, so everyone has the opportunity to enjoy the magic of theatre.
Fatimah and her Magic Socks is a children’s book written by Zizi Azah Bte Abdul Majid and illustrated by Izmir Ickbal
1. Fatimah and Her Magic Socks
Let your child’s imagination take him places as he goes on an exciting adventure with Fatimah by using the special powers of her magical socks!
Come face to face with a mysterious lion and learn more about friendship in this page to stage theatrical production filled with song and dance.

2. Koko The Great
Sing and dance along with the imaginative little Koko as he dons a pot on his head for a helmet and uses a spatula as a sword to go on a thrilling adventure!
Join him on a fun escapade around the kampong where he meets some friendly animals in this colourful theatre performance inspired by Singaporean artist Liu Kang’s oil painting, Life by the River.
