Parents Can Submit Online Feedback About COVID-19 Measures In Schools

Parents Can Submit Online Feedback About COVID-19 Measures In Schools

Parents can submit questions, feedback and suggestion about COVID-19 concerns in schools through an online survey.

If you’re concerned about the Covid-19 safety measures adopted by your child’s school, the Government is now giving you the chance to share your feedback online. This applies to not just schools, but you can also share your concerns on measures taken by tuition centres.

As Minister of State for Education Sun Xueling recently shared in a Facebook post, many parents have already sent their own questions, feedback and questions.

As you know, amid the rise of COVID-19 cases in Singapore, new restrictions have been put in place. Schools have also take precautionary measures to ensure the safety of students and staff.

However, many parents have voiced their concerns about the increase of community cases in schools. Some are also worried about having to manage home-based learning while dealing with work.

This is why, in light of this shift, the government is calling for online feedback from parents.

Ms Sun has asked parents to fill up an online survey to share their views and suggestions on the matter.

The survey prepared by REACH–which is the national feedback and engagement unit of the Ministry of Communications and Information (MCI)–can be taken here.
