Now Everyone Can Cook Gourmet Meals In Minutes

3 min read

It is 12.45 pm, you are working from home today. You just finished yet another Zoom meeting and are booked out for meetings all the way till late in the evening. You look to food delivery options on your phone only to find that delivery would take an hour or longer.

Left with few choices, you reluctantly and patiently wait for your food delivery and continue working through till the end of the day.

The end of the day arrives, but it’s not quite over for you, the kids are on their way back from school and you have to start making preparations for dinner or they will start protesting in hunger; to complicate matters further, there is that work deadline you have to meet.

Constantly pressed for time and energy are the demands of a modern homemaker in Singapore.

Inspired by similar stories from friends and family, Vin co-founded Meals in Minutes Singapore to help time-starved parents and individuals cook delicious healthy meals quickly and spend less time in the kitchen.

She knew that, burdened by heavy commitments at work or at home, many find it difficult and time-consuming to prep and cook a meal from scratch, and yet do not want to compromise on having a healthy homemade meal.

Vin shared, “Even with limited cooking skills, Meals In Minutes can make anyone look like a professional chef. All it takes is 10 to 15 minutes and a pot of boiling water with no defrosting required to have a ready restaurant-quality gourmet meal.”

With the rise in demand for frozen foods, customers are not only looking for convenience but also healthier options with quality ingredients and are far more likely to interrogate the list of meal components. To meet the demands of increasingly diverse tastes and preferences in the frozen food market, Meals In Minutes offers a range of meals that are not only made with the freshest ingredients without preservatives but also provides customers with the choice to mix-and-match their meals.

Meals In Minutes is now available for purchase from www.mealsinminutes.sg.

Meals In Minutes offers healthy ready-to-cook gourmet meals which are portioned, prepped and ready to eat in minutes. Regarding food quality as important as food safety, meals are flash-frozen and vacuum packed in BPA-free food grade bags to retain the freshness of ingredients.

All meals have a one year freezer shelf-life and are prepared HACCP-certified facility without any genetically modified ingredients and preservatives. Meals In Minutes has recently launched a new menu with more Asian-inspired meal options such as Coconut Turmeric Fish and Sambal Prawns. The full range of meals are available for purchase from www.mealsinminutes.sg.

In April 2021, Meals In Minutes has collaborated with water tech company, H2GO Global for a long-term give back partnership. For every pack of food that is purchased from MIM, one litre of clean drinking water is donated to communities in need.
