Phenomenal photographs by a dad-daughter duo that every parent MUST see!

21 Sep, 2016

We do not realise that even our daily activities cause a lot of damage to the environment. Dave Koh and his 3-year-old daughter Vera tell us how to 'Love the Earth'

Love the Earth by Dave Koh

Dave Koh, a photographer and a dad, wants to educate his daughter about the way humans impact the environment. What better way than to include 3-year-old Vera as a model? Love the Earth series is an educational series of photographs with a deep meaning. Singapore is one of the greenest countries in Asia. That said, the impact human activities have on the environment cannot be overlooked. The concerned dad tells us the importance of loving the Earth through these pictures. It is a gallery no parent should miss!
Clear blue skies

"This 'Love the Earth' series is inspired by the environmental problems the world is facing. We are impacting the Earth so much that we would not be leaving behind a clean environment for our future generations to grow in."
Pets or prisoners?

Pets or prisoners?

"As a photographer and a father, I decided to integrate education and photography. I hope this will make the children aware of the importance of environmental protection."
Charting the seas

Charting the seas

Would our kids have azure oceans to navigate?
Cost of ideas?

Cost of ideas?

Are we leaving the Earth barren to get across our ideas?
Cost of memories?

Cost of memories?

Are we being selfish by recording our memories and deleting the Earth piece by piece?
Are we welcoming everybody?

Are we welcoming everybody?

Is our footprint leaving no place for other inhabitants of this planet?
Cost of dreams?

Cost of dreams?

Are we taking away something from others in order to feel good about ourselves?
Inside out

Is there going to be a day when there would be no wildlife left?
Is the future bleak?

Is the future bleak?

The concern for the generations to come is real, and conserving the Earth is a shared responsibility
There is still a hope

There is still a hope

All is not lost. There is still some hope left as long as our children understand the importance of preserving the environment.
A patch of green

A patch of green

A green patch of Earth has huge potential, just like the mind of 3-year-old Vera
