Mushroom with chicken and snow peas
Good source of dietary fiber and Vitamins A, B and C and protein
Serves 4
What you need:
250 g Mushrooms
250 g Snow Peas, washed & trimmed
200 g Chicken, cut into small pieces
4 cloves garlic, minced/chopped
½ Cup blanching liquid from mushroom (or use ½ cup plain water)
1½ Tbsp Oil
1 tsp light soy
2 Tbsp Rice Wine
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp corn flour mixed with 2 tsp cold water
What you do:
Blanch mushroom in hot water for 2 mins
Heat oil and fry garlic until fragrant.
Add chicken pieces and stir-fry for 2 mins.
Add snow peas and stir-fry for 2mins.
Add mushroom & stir.
Add remaining ingredients except corn flour paste.
Bring to a boil.
Add corn flour paste and stir until sauce is thickened and clear.
Serve.
