Haddas Ancliffe, a loving mother, recently shared a pretty inspiring photo on her Instagram account. In it she’s proudly seen sporting a crop top.
While that doesn’t sound too exciting by any means, the post has garnered attention and support from the mummy community in the past month for its focus on promoting body positivity.
The Australian mum wanted to remind her fellow mums around the world that with warm weather and beach season among us, it’s time to be comfortable in your own skin. For Ancliffe, being comfortable her in own skin means having no shame in flaunting her “flaws”.

This hip mum knows that with warm weather comes a unique wardrobe that is a bit more revealing. She’s more than excited to embrace the warm weather, summer clothes and her summer body!
She knows that she may not have a body that you’d see on a magazine cover, but she wholeheartedly believes that she has the right “to bask in the warmth of the sun just as much as anyone else.”
Through an awesome body positive social media post like Ancliffe’s, mums and women everywhere can learn to show the world what they’ve got! She wants the whole world to drop the idea that they should feel ashamed with their “flaws”.
Warm weather is here to stay for quite some time, and there’s no reason why you shouldn’t be wearing whatever you want! Follow in Ancliffe’s footsteps and enjoy summer clothing while you still can.
As Haddas says in her post, “It’s getting colder in Australia now but for you guys on the other side of the world, enjoy your sun dresses, crop tops and shorts that squish your cute marshmallow thighs out when you sit down!”
