Alila Villas

Standing tall in a breezy hillside on Lagoi Bay, the 12 three-bedroom beachfront residences and a good selection of luxury boutique resort villas allow you to truly enjoy the high life. Do look out for ‘The Village’, a dedicated relaxation hub for guest and visitors. Moms and dads can treat themselves to all-natural spa treatments, Yoga and meditation sessions and gourmet cooking lessons. There’s also a museum, gallery and boutique where you can see the best of Asia’s arts and cultural heritage with the kids. Alila Villas Bintan is set to open in late 2014.

Bintan Marketplace

A short stroll away from The Sanchaya is the Bintan Marketplace, a place where you can eat, shop and take a leisurely stroll during the day. The Marketplace offers plenty of choices for shopping and dining with a collection of 41 shop houses, a dedicated F&B area and thoughtfully designed canopied walkways. There will also be a 180-unit serviced apartment building adjacent to the Marketplace. The Bintan Marketplace is due for completion at the end of 2014.

Lagoi Beach Village

At the centre of the town area of Lagoi Bay is the Lagoi Beach Village Mall. With an impressive structure that incorporates eco-friendly elements, the Mall will feature a good selection of retail and dining outlets. Access to the mall will be a breeze with regular shuttle services between the mall and the nearby resorts and residences. There will also be a ferry check-in counter in the Mall and scheduled shuttle services from the mall to Bandar Benten Telani Ferry Terminal. This exciting retail and lifestyle mall is set to be up and running by the end of 2013, in time for the year-end holiday season.

Pantai Indah

If you’re looking to own a piece of paradise in Lagoi Bay where you and your family can call home (at least on the weekends), the Pantai Indah resort-style luxury villas could be a good start. Sprawling across a vast tropical land with calming sea views that greet you at every angle, Bintan’s first seaside residential estate provides the perfect setting for those weekend rendezvous with your spouse and family vacation with the kids. The Swiss-Belhotel in Lagoi Bay, Bintan will start taking bookings in 2014.

The Sanchaya

The resort’s nine luxurious suites look out to a stunning infinity pool where the whole family can have a splashing good time. Amazing Adventures

For families looking to add a touch of thrill and adventure to their holiday at Lagoi Bay, there are plenty of recreational options to choose from. Taking off from Lagoi Bay this June is Air Adventures Flying Club Bintan, an open seaplane ride centre and flying school. As the first seaplane facility in Southeast Asia offering an open cockpit flying experience, seasoned pilots and flying enthusiasts can now undergo flight training in Air Adventures’ fully equipped two-seat amphibious aircraft. This seaplane facility will hover over an inland lake remodeled from the low-lying marshland in the heart of Lagoi Bay. Adventure junkies who are looking for fun activities outdoors can look forward to the opening of AdvenTreez, a new canopy adventure trail that lies within the lush rainforests. Among the fun activities that you can enjoy include jumping across chasms and riding on a four-wheel drive motor-cross vehicle across challenging cliffs and terrains.
